Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your item. We will gladly provide a refund for the item once we receive the items back in their original condition. Please note that the items must be NEW and UNWORN. Shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Refunds will not be given for below reasons

- Lost Package
If the package is lost during transit, we cannot provide a refund. Please contact us if you would like to purchase an insurance for your package. Once your package is shipped out through USPS, we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please make sure you track your packages until you receive them. 

- Change of Mind
If the reason for your return is simply a change of mind, no refunds will be given. Please make sure that you look over the item listing carefully before purchase. 

- Incorrect Address
Please make sure your ship to address is correct before you process the transaction. We are not responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect ship-to address. 

- Wear and Tear
